STEP Seminars | First Session Successfully Conducted

Salam University proudly announces the successful completion of the first STEP-Seminar, held on 19th November 2025.

This inaugural session was delivered by Mr. Wasim Mohammadi, a student of the Economics Faculty, BBA 7th Semester, under the insightful topic “ADKAR Model of Change.”

Through this presentation, students gained valuable knowledge about organizational change, individual readiness, and the practical application of the ADKAR framework in real-world environments. The session not only enhanced academic understanding but also demonstrated the leadership, confidence, and communication skills of our senior students.

The STEP-Seminar initiative continues to serve as a platform for learning, mentorship, and student-led academic development within the university.
