Thirteenth and Fourteenth Meetings of Salam University’s Strategic Plan: Opportunity Assessment and Weighting
The thirteenth and fourteenth meetings of Salam University’s strategic plan convened to deliberate on the institution’s opportunities. These opportunities, previously identified across eight objectives in prior meetings, were meticulously discussed. The determination of weighting coefficients and points further enhanced the strategic planning process. Notably, these meetings are conducted in a workshop format, fostering collaborative engagement.
